The event was part of the 34th Indoor Portsmouth Competition, which took place on Sunday, November 3 rd. 2024, at the Bridlington CYP facility. The competition is a significant event in the local archery calendar, attracting participants from various clubs across Yorkshire and beyond.
The day was divided into multiple sessions, with archers competing in a range of categories, such as Barebow, Compound, Longbow, and Recurve. The event was organised by the Archers of Bridlington & Burton Agnes.

Sharron Jordan took second place in the senior ladies recurve section, with a score of 553.
Poppy Traves took first place in the junior ladies barebow section (U14), with a score of 304, almost a hundred point in front of the second placed archer.
Kiara Naledi Zondo took first place in the junior ladies recurve section (U14), and team mate Mya Jade Margerison took second place.
Liam Jordan took first place in the recurve junior gentleman's (U21), with a score of 554.
Ricky & Sarah Robson took the Jack & Jill trophy, with a combined score of 989
