There was a good club presence at the 33rd ABBA indoor Portsmouth shoot on the 5th of November - with Bridlington Bay Archers competing on 'home turf'. In all, around 20 clubs, mainly from the north of England were represented. Three relative newcomers to the BBA club - Ellie Goldband, Tom Hesp-Welsh & Tom Connelly - had their first taste of 'open-to-all' competition, and in total 10 members tested their skills. (group shot in Club Photos).
The club juniors really carried the day, winning medals in their individual categories! (Photos courtesy Sharron Jordan)

There is always time for cake - but perhaps not enough room for 75 candles!
Sunday marked the 75th birthday of one of the founders of Bridlington Bay Archers club and it's current Chairman, John Jackson.
Those members not shooting in the above competition were lucky enough to help John celebrate - and enjoy a sweet treat too.
Happy Birthday, John
